Meter Reads
The Xerox Meter Reads System is temporarily unavailable. Please try logging in later.

If the system remains unavailable, you may submit your reads using one of the methods below:
  • Submit your meter reads via our online form. This is the preferred method for submitting ten or more reads. Type in your serial number(s) and meter reads, then select "Submit." We will send you an email to confirm that your reads were received. Reads submitted using this form will be entered into our system within one business day.
  • You can also submit reads by calling Xerox at 1-888-771-5225. When prompted, say "Meter Reads" and you will be directed to our interactive voice response system that lets you submit your reads by phone.
Using either method will submit your meter reads to our system. You will be able to view these reads in your meter history report the next time you log in to xerox.com.
